COVID-19 UPDATE - Australia post has implemented new social distancing rules during processing and this is impacting delivery times. Delays to our regular postage time-frames may occur.  Some international deliveries may be redirected/significantly impacted. 

How much is standard shipping within Australia?  

$11 flat rate. Or if your order is over $100 - it's free! 

Please note: due to COVID-19 packages sent with Australia Post will not require signature on delivery at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details. 

What about express shipping? 

Express shipping is an ethical dilemma for us. The carbon footprint of air freight just isn't something we like to have on our conscience. So we don't currently offer this within Australia.

I just placed my order, when will my items ship?

Generally, we ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19 there are some delays in transit, we appreciate your patience.

How long will it take before I receive my order after it has been shipped?

If I place an order that contains 'pre order' and 'in stock' items, will the 'in stock' items be sent separately? Can I split my order?

No. If you order a pre order item with in stock items, your complete order will be sent once ALL items are in stock. 
If you need to receive items separately, you need to place a separate order, as shipping costs need to be covered. 
Please order carefully, as we DO NOT split orders once they have been placed.

However, if you've already placed your order and you are desperate for the in-stock item to come first (we get it!) , you may be able to pay additional shipping to split your order.

What is Afterpay?

I'd like to use Afterpay but I can't see it in the checkout?

I'd like to use Afterpay but it's not working/sending me in a loop?

Please try your email address instead of phone number in the checkout. Afterpay does not work without an email address. 

How do I use a gift voucher/promo code?

Once you have checked out, on the right-hand side of the screen is a box that says ‘Discount’- enter your code there and press Apply. 

My promo code/gift voucher isn’t working!

Please firstly check you’ve entered the code in the right case (upper or lower), secondly, check the expiry of the code from the source of the code, or contact us. 

How many codes can we use in one order?

We can only use one code at a time. Better check which code you have can give you the bigger discount!

I don’t like my product, can I return it?

For Australian customers only.

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us so that we may issue you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and ensure a prompt refund for the item you are sending back.

Please note: All items must be returned UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a refund to be processed. 
Shipping and handling will not be refunded. 
If items are not received in their original packaging, but are unused, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. 

Why silicone, isn’t that plastic?

Our silicone lids are 100% BPA and plastic-free. They are more durable than plastic too! 

Silicone is a safer choice for our bodies as it contains none of the highly toxic chemicals that can leech from plastics.

Due to it's malleable properties, silicone is the safest flexible and water resistant material available on the planet.

It is heat resistant and stain-resistant, can be used under extreme temperatures like in the oven, freezer and microwave and dishwasher.

Silicone is also more environmentally sustainable than petro-chemical and oil derived plastic, being made largely from sand.
