Shipping policy

 You can expect to receive your delivery between 3-7 business days after you’ve made your order. Remember we live rurally and the postie can sometimes be a little slower out here.  
We process online orders daily and ship Monday through to Friday. We use Australia Post to deliver your items and there is a $11 flat rate charge for standard items within Australia. All orders over $100 will receive free shipping. All parcels shipped with Australia Post are deemed carbon neutral. Yay!
   
PACKAGING. 
Our packaging in minimal, there is nothing fancy about it, BUT it is 100% plastic free, recyclable, compostable, recycled or reusable. We reuse majority of the packaging we receive, in turn saving the planet from tonnes of packaging!
 We just ask you dispose of it thoughtfully, re-use just like us or dispose of for appropriate recycling.    

Refund policy

Be Real Co. understand a product may not quiet be what you were looking for or you just simply changed your mind. 
 While we do not offer exchanges, we will except a refund of product if returned within 30 days of original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
We do not cover postage for returns.
 
 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
 We do understand that just sometimes products don't arrive at your door in the same condition they left ours. If you feel your product has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately.

Depending on where you live and as we are located rurally too, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.
