A bit about Beach Glass in Robe:
During the early period of Robe's history, there was a thriving canning industry operating at Factory Bay. After the World Wars, Factory Bay was used as Robe's rubbish dump! The rubbish dump continued well into the mid 1950's. It was closed due to the world becoming more aware of protecting the environment. Treasured Designs has a strong commitment towards the removal of ALL manmade objects and rubbish from local beaches while searching for 'treasures'.
Treasured Designs promotes the ethos that we should all "leave it better than we found it."
